These terms cover your use of MobileRVProApp ("the app"), operated by Rally RV Repair, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app helps mobile RV repair businesses manage customers, jobs, invoices, inventory, vehicles, and mileage records, with optional cloud backup and sync across devices. Core record-keeping works even without an internet connection; cloud sync, backups, and password reset require connectivity.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You own the business data you enter into the app (customers, jobs, invoices, and so on). We store and back it up so you can use the service, but we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything other than providing the app to you.
After any trial period, continued use of cloud features requires an active paid subscription, billed through Google Play on the payment method attached to your Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling is done in the Play Store — open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions — and access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Google under their refund policy; we can't issue them ourselves.
Card payments you take from your own customers are a separate matter and are not part of your subscription. Those go directly to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's fees on them are between you and Stripe.
Don't use the app for anything illegal, don't try to break or abuse the service (for example, attempting to access another business's data), and don't use it to send spam or unlawful communications to customers.
The app itself — its software, source code, design, text, graphics, repair guides, and the MobileRVProApp name and logo — is owned by Rally RV Repair, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copyright © 2026 Rally RV Repair, LLC. All rights reserved.
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own business. It does not transfer ownership of anything. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, or publish the app or any part of it; create a derivative or competing product from it; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent that law expressly permits regardless of this agreement. Automated collection of the app's content — scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading, whether by a person or by software — is not permitted.
None of this affects your own business data, which remains yours as described under “Your data” above.
The app is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to keep it reliable and your data backed up, we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows.
You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
