The app holds the approval number, the hours they approved, the old part that has to go back, and the date you sent the packet in — and it tells you when an approval is about to expire, when finished work hasn't been sent in, and when a claim is sitting past that company's own payment terms. It also shows you what warranty work is really paying per hour next to your own rate.
